Our Inspection Division offers the capabilities of several NDT services and evaluation for above ground storage tanks, pressure vessels and piping systems with a report and advise on applicable guidelines and compliance with API Standard 653, API Standard 570, API Standard 510, STI Standard SP001. Utilizing our state of the art MFL (Magnetic Flux Leakage) scanners and prove up UT machines, we can provide you with complete and precise reporting detailing any and all repairs and non-compliance findings.
Tank Repair
Heat Plant Services' highly trained and certified staff provides a wide range of tank construction and repair services. As tank construction EPC, we provide turn-key projects, including in-house design, complete cost estimates, shop fabrication, delivery and on-site erection.

Oxidizers with capacities ranging from 100 SCFM to 30,000 SCFM. Our Thermal Oxidizers have a destructive efficiency of 99% +, operating temperatures from 1400°F to 2100°F and retention times as required to achieve the desired performance.

Heat Plant Services operates a full range of vacuum trucks for all types of applications. We operate both 70 and 130 BBL trucks made of carbon and stainless steel. We have the ability to haul both regulated and non-regulated waste waters, Hydrocarbons, #2 fuel blends, drilling fluids, and grit waste.

Heat Plant Services provides safe line-flushing and cleaning by using semiautomatic water-driven nozzles attached to a flexible hose. This allows for a safe and non-evasive cleaning process and by using this equipment to perform line cleaning we have the ability to recover the wastewater as it is being generated for the cleaning process. We have used the equipment both on the industrial side and for municipal purposes.
